Another week brings another round of stress and the need to detox our minds. Thank goodness we have our Positive Affirmations (PA) to see us through. If you are new to reading GREY Journal and my weekly PA, then I will give you the abridged version. Every week I share original written affirmations that add to your life in a meaningful and impactful way. They are there to assist you with self-care and uplift your spirits. This week the affirmations are more on the deep side. I found myself in deep thought while battling my depression. Check them out below. If these are not for you this week, browse my other Positive Affirmation articles and be ready to shine.

Choose an Exercise (optional)

This week, I will implore you to choose an exercise to go along with your affirmations. You can use the two I have mentioned previously, or you can create one that is more personal to you and your needs. If you do create one, please share with us. I would love to read what you come up. This coming week, I hope to share a new exercise option for you all to utilize.

As mentioned above, this week has been hard for me. I find myself unable to concentrate and overthinking any and everything about myself and my career and life goals. But I can overcome all that is meant to defeat me (new affirmation alert! I will add to the list above). Creating these soulful words and exercises are one way I overcome this never-ending battle. You are welcome to share these gems with loved ones and/or on social media, but remember to give credit to Cat E.

Have any of these positive affirmations worked for you? Let us know down in the comments.
