You already know what time it is. The Good Energy truck is on its way to dump some aspiring, enlightening words to see you through this week. I hope the previous affirmations have helped you or someone you love, to feel the sunshine when the darkest of clouds are nearby. In conjunction, with the affirmations I have a new exercise that is highly recommended. Let’s dive right in.
Affirmations of the Week:
1. Dreams are the foundation to a HAPPY life.
2. Friendships and relationships are not forever and that is okay.
3. Personal Growth lies in exploring different directions.
4. Pride is the most disastrous factor in any relationship.
5. Regrets suspend you in the PAST.
Rate & Reflect Exercise (optional):
In this exercise, you will be rating and reflecting on the affirmations above. This will be done at night right before you go to bed. I want you to truly analyze how they felt when you said them in the morning, during the mirror exercise if you like. You could also read, repeat, and remember them throughout the day in times of stress. The method you choose is up to you, just make sure you spend time infusing the affirmations into your daily life. Every week we want to expand on the positive energy to keep your mental health radar full.
In the end, I continue to wish you all with wonderful vibes and blessings as you read each article. I wish that you find at least one affirmation that has become a part of you. Each one that I’ve written has made me smile and although some may not pertain to me, I write them in hopes that someone in the world sees them and goes: “Yes!
