It is truly remarkable to witness an artist who excels in singing, acting, and modeling all at once. Balancing all three endeavors with apparent ease is a rare feat, but for Malaysian native, Mizz, it comes naturally. Through her extraordinary talents, Mizz has successfully connected the realms of East and West, leaving an indelible mark on the world. Among her many artistic pursuits, music holds a special place in her heart.

Mizz’s journey into the arts began with a profound desire to heal her mind and body. She firmly believes that creativity is inherent in all human beings and serves as a beautiful means to alleviate life’s hardships. Fueled by this passion, she pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from NYU Tisch, complemented by a minor in Psychology. This pivotal step allowed her to express her love for the arts in every possible way.
Music, being her first love, has garnered her numerous accolades, particularly for her debut music video “To My Love.” The video achieved Official Selection status at esteemed events like the Paris Music Video Underground Awards and the Bestlov Film Festival, as well as earning her the prestigious title of Best Asian Music Video at the Prague International Sound Music Awards. This last recognition held a special significance for Mizz, as it served as a representation of her community. Her musical style seamlessly blends lo-fi and R&B elements, captivating audiences worldwide.
In the realm of film, Mizz has been involved in various studio and short projects, assuming diverse roles such as Emma in the series “Help Wanted,” Reina in “The Boardwalk Agreement” (Short), and Bex in “Nine” (Short). Always seeking new opportunities to showcase her talents, Mizz’s passion knows no bounds.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Mizz actively engages in charitable endeavors, spreading hope and compassion on a global scale. Her journeys have taken her to Malaysia, England, and the US, where she tirelessly works to promote unity and harmony through acts of kindness.
Presently, Mizz is fervently working on her first short film, a project close to her heart. While keeping the details under wraps, she aims to bridge the gap between Malaysian stories and Western media, a mission she holds dear.
