Levanta, the Seattle-based startup facilitating dynamic partnerships between influencers and Amazon sellers through affiliate collaborations, has successfully concluded a noteworthy funding round, securing a substantial $1 million in investment. The primary focus of this funding infusion is to bolster Levanta’s platform capabilities, allowing Amazon sellers to seamlessly establish and optimize affiliate programs, engage and recruit a diverse array of creators, generate comprehensive revenue reports, and efficiently manage affiliate commission payments.
Founded just last year, Levanta has rapidly gained prominence in the influencer marketing space by offering a multifaceted platform that empowers Amazon sellers to navigate the intricacies of affiliate partnerships with ease. The platform currently boasts a robust community, comprising nearly 2,000 creators and fostering collaboration with over 500 brands.
The company, comprising a dedicated team of eight professionals, officially launched its services in March and has demonstrated exceptional growth, achieving profitability and surpassing the significant milestone of $1 million in annual recurring revenue during the fall. This success is attributed to Levanta’s innovative approach to influencer marketing, providing a user-friendly interface for sellers to orchestrate and optimize their affiliate programs efficiently.
At the helm of Levanta’s leadership are CEO Ian Brodie, CMO Rob Schab, and CTO Spencer McKenney. This trio of University of Washington graduates co-founded Levanta after successfully leading Grovia.io, a venture that expanded to 26 employees and culminated in a strategic exit to a prominent affiliate services company last year.
The recent funding round was spearheaded by Long Run Capital, highlighting the strong confidence and support from the investment community in Levanta’s business model and growth trajectory. Additional backing came from notable investors, including OpenSky Ventures and Ryan Frazier, the CEO of Arrived Homes.
The infusion of $1 million in funding not only marks a significant milestone for Levanta but also positions the company for further innovation and expansion within the dynamic influencer marketing landscape. As brands increasingly recognize the value of influencer collaborations, Levanta’s platform provides a strategic gateway for Amazon sellers to tap into this lucrative market, driving growth, visibility, and revenue opportunities.
