Who they are: Sir Richard Branson has been involved in so many industries, it’s hard to keep track. He founded the Virgin Group in the 1970s, which now controls more than 400 companies in various industries like space travel with Virgin Galactic and cruise lines with Virgin Voyages.
What you’ll need: A blonde wig, a Virgin Galactic patch, and a LOT of swagger.
Elizabeth Holmes
Who they are: Founder and former CEO of Theranos, Elizabeth Holmes spent a lot of time in the spotlight after the downfall of the health tech company. Several investigations revealed she may have made false or exaggerated claims about the accuracy of her blood-testing technology. Holmes has been indicted for fraud and is awaiting trial.
What you’ll need: A blonde wig, a black turtleneck, black pants, and maybe some wool to pull over everyone’s eyes at the party.
Oprah Winfrey
Who they are: Oprah Winfrey was the first woman to own and produce her own show, has acted in and produced over 80 films and TV shows, and is the first Black American female billionaire. She’s also well-known in internet memes for giving away cars.
What you’ll need: A black wig (curly, straight, wavy—you pick), thick-rimmed glasses, a microphone, and an outfit worthy of accepting an award in.
Jimmy Buffett
Who they are: Don’t let Jimmy Buffett’s laid-back vibe fool you; this singer, songwriter, musician, author, actor, and, of course, businessman keeps busy. His songs “Margaritaville” and “Fins” even made it into a Broadway show recently, much to the delight of Parrotheads everywhere.
What you’ll need: A tropical-themed shirt, flip flops, and a margarita.
Walt Disney
Who they are: The most iconic name in animation, Walt Disney was an animator, voice actor, film producer, and amusement park visionary. The Man Behind the Mouse won 22 competitive Oscars, and his contributions to animation continue to shape the industry.
What you’ll need: A mustache, a plaid suit, and a stuffed mouse.
Sophia Amoruso
Who they are: Founder of young women’s fashion retailer, Nasty Gal, Sophia Amoruso was once named one of the richest self-made women in the world, but lost her fortune when the company filed for Chapter 11. She started Girlboss Media in 2017, a media company geared at a female audience.
What you’ll need: A black wig with short bangs, a temporary body marker to draw on arm tattoos, a choker, an edgy outfit, and a middle-fingers in the air attitude to anyone who gets in your way.
Jay-Z
Who they are: Rapper, songwriter, producer, and record executive Jay-Z founded his own record label, Roc-A-Fella Records in 1995, and then released his own studio album the next year. Since then, he’s founded a clothing retailer, a sports bar chain, a sports agency, and has taken part in a myriad of other business ventures. Oh, and he also married a reasonably well-known musician.
What you’ll need: Sunglasses or a Yankees baseball cap, a big coat, and a very attractive date.
Mark Zuckerberg
Who they are: Perhaps one of the most famous internet entrepreneurs, Mark Zuckerberg is a co-founder and leader of Facebook. In 2016, he was ranked 10th on Forbe’s list of The World’s Most Powerful People.
What you’ll need: A sweatshirt.
