Have you been struggling getting a good night’s rest during this pandemic? Have you noticed it getting worse as the nights go on? Well, you’re in luck because one of the soda brands we love is coming out with something that will literally knock you out.

Pepsi is taking on a sleeping-aid drink. Yes, you heard that right…Pepsi. David Brown in Business Wars Daily, “With a New Sleep-Aid Drink, Pepsi Tackles ‘Coronasomnia’,” talks all about this new drink that Pepsi is releasing. Having been in the works since before the pandemic hit, Pepsi will be releasing their drink, Driftwell, to the public in early 2021. This non-carbonated drink is made of blackberry and lavender to help put your mind at ease before bed. It contains L-theanine, which is found in tea and helps sooth your anxiety and helps your mind process things better. This beverage is going to be hitting the market at a whopping $18.00 per case.

Although expensive, the benefits of having a sleeping-aid beverage from a company that we all know and love can help sooth people’s minds and relax their bodies, especially if this pandemic continues at the rate it is going. Coronasomnia will probably stay intact until new methods and solutions come out, but for now we can rely on Pepsi to keep us sane come 2021.

Would you try the new Driftwell? Let us know in the comments!
