This panel is a part of a series of weekly events for modern womxn to revitalize their perspectives about work and personal growth in March.

About this Event

Recent studies show that millennials are too burned out to handle basic tasks and are over-invested in their jobs. The always-on, frenetic pace of modern life is overwhelming, while the anxieties of daily life are depleting.

Join us for this panel event as practitioners and experts share actionable insights to help you prioritize your mental health. A Q&A discussion will follow to get deeper into their viewpoints and techniques to help you disconnect and set healthy boundaries in the workplace.
